DIY Bookmarks
March is reading month and the school reading calendar’s have been flooding home. What better way to kick it off than to make some easy DIY bookmarks!
I started by looking around my craft supplies and grabbed some paint samples. You can use paint samples for so many fun things!!! I loved these paint samples from Lowes because they had a pointed tip and a hole already punched! Perfect.
Next, I grabbed some washi tape. I picked some really pretty floral tape for my girls.
Then I began decorating the paint samples with the tape.
You can spend as little or as much time as you want decorating. You kids might love making their own bookmarks too!
Once I finished with the tape, I grabbed some ribbon to complete it.
They turned out so cute and I can’t believe how easy they were. I even left one plain because I loved the pattern on the ribbon!
Have a great month of reading! Thanks for checking out my post!
